Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.
Preorder Orders
ASTRL operates on a preorder basis for selected drops. This means items may only begin production or fulfilment after the preorder period has ended.
Preorder items are reserved specifically based on customer demand, colour, quantity, and selected size. Because of this, preorder orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once the preorder period has closed or once production/fulfilment has started.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will review the request, but changes are not guaranteed.
Returns
We only accept returns if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

unworn
-
unwashed
-
unused
-
in its original condition
-
with original packaging, if applicable
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order once it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

your order number
-
clear photos or videos of the issue
-
a short explanation of the problem
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Size Issues
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Because preorder items are produced based on selected sizes, we are unable to guarantee size exchanges after an order is placed.
Size exchanges may only be considered if extra stock is available. If no extra stock is available, we will not be able to offer an exchange for sizing issues.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

change of mind
-
wrong size selected by the customer
-
incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
-
minor colour differences caused by screen display or lighting
-
minor measurement differences within normal production tolerance
-
items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, or altered after delivery
-
preorder items after the preorder period has closed or production has started
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and display the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will advise you on the return process.
If a return or exchange is approved for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
ASTRL Clothing is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed parcel, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.
