Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
Preorder Shipping
Selected ASTRL drops operate on a preorder basis. This means your item may only begin production or fulfilment after the preorder period has ended.
For preorder items, the estimated shipping timeframe is:
10–15 working days after the preorder period closes or after production is completed.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Please note that preorder shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by production, supplier, courier, or fulfilment delays.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After your order has been packed and dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if tracking is available for your selected delivery method.
Local Shipping
For Singapore orders, shipping fees and available delivery options will be shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 1–4 working days, depending on the courier and delivery location.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available for your location, the shipping fee and delivery options will be shown at checkout.
Estimated international delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier, customs clearance, and other external delays.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or charges required by their country.
ASTRL Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
ASTRL Clothing is not responsible for failed deliveries, missing parcels, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed parcel, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try our best to assist, but address changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timeframes may be affected by the courier’s operations.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.
We will review the issue and assist where possible.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on availability, preorder status, and fulfilment requirements.
